At Zogmarexslaxyron, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our interior landscaping products and services. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Plant Return Policy
1.1 Return Eligibility
We understand that plants are living organisms that require proper care and conditions to thrive. Our return policy for plants is designed to be fair while recognizing the unique nature of these products:
- Plants may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or in poor condition
- Plants must be returned in their original containers
- Photographic evidence of the plant's condition upon arrival is required
- Plants that have been repotted, transplanted, or altered cannot be returned
1.2 Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, plants must meet the following conditions:
- Visible damage that occurred during shipping or delivery
- Signs of pests or pathogens present upon arrival
- Significant discrepancy from the product description or images
- Dead on arrival (DOA) plants
Please note that some minor leaf damage or stress from shipping is normal and plants typically recover within a few weeks of proper care.
2. Container and Accessory Returns
2.1 General Return Policy
Containers, planters, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Items must be free from damage, scratches, or defects caused after purchase
- All original tags, labels, and accessories must be included
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or modified containers
- Soil, fertilizers, and other consumable products that have been opened
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
3. Service Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Design Consultation Services
Our initial design consultations are complimentary. For paid design services:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment receive a full refund
- Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25%
- No-shows without prior notice forfeit the consultation fee
3.2 Installation Services
For plant installation services:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled installation receive a full refund of any deposits paid
- Cancellations made within 3-7 days receive a 75% refund of deposits
- Cancellations made within 72 hours receive a 50% refund of deposits
- Materials already purchased or plants already acquired for your project are non-refundable
3.3 Maintenance Service Subscriptions
For ongoing maintenance service subscriptions:
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days written notice
- Annual subscriptions may be cancelled with a pro-rated refund for unused months, less a 15% early termination fee
- Refunds are calculated from the date the cancellation notice is received
4. How to Request a Return
4.1 Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within the applicable return period
- Provide your order number and reason for the return
- Include photographs of the item if returning due to damage or defects
- Wait for return authorization before shipping items back
4.2 Return Shipping
Return shipping policies are as follows:
- For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label
- For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance
- Items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Inspection typically takes 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
5.2 Refund Methods
Refunds may be issued as:
- Credit to original payment method
- Store credit (at customer's request, with 10% bonus value)
- Exchange for different products of equal or greater value
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
- Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements as returns
- Please contact us to arrange an exchange before returning items
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately upon receiving the item
- Provide photographs of the damage or defect
- Keep all original packaging materials
- We will arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
8. Plant Guarantee
For clients with active maintenance service agreements:
- Plants maintained under our service programs are covered by our plant guarantee
- Plants that decline despite proper care will be replaced at no additional cost
- The guarantee applies only to plants cared for exclusively by our maintenance team
- Customer interference with plant care may void the guarantee
9. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that special circumstances may arise. Please contact us if:
- You have extenuating circumstances that prevent a timely return
- You received an incorrect item
- You have concerns about a purchase that fall outside standard policy
We review such cases individually and strive to find fair solutions for our customers.
